Ima go watch suicide videos. It usually helps cause it makes me cry. I can’t feel much of the pain anymore but I still feel the tears. I makes me feel better when I cry.

Making me cry makes me feel better. There’s still a bit of pain left, but when I can’t cry anymore it’s onto physical pain. Pain helps stop my depression.
