So the villains names are Top Hat and Cloud-Wave (ew cringy names) Top Hat can control your emotions if she wanted too (cause magic), she's the most powerful villain in the story. She posesses most of the magic in the power crystalz (stuff the other villains and heroes get their powers from), and can control the dimension of vice versa (cringy name im sorry, basically the world where everything is the opposite) Cloud-Wave He used to be the old hero of the city, controls the weather What happened was, Top Hat was his worst enemy But they didn't know they where friends in school (when not fighting/causing crime) When they found out they were forced to seperate BUT Top Hat wanted to remain friends with Cloud-Wave so she ended up corrupting his crystal and that's why CW is a villain now But they dont work together CW, despite his crystal getting corrupted, never joined TH side okay im done
