Hey! It will be okay! I've gotten my blood drawn before and its not that bad for me at least! You'll be okay don't worry :)
It's usually just a pinch and then you feel drowsy after they take your blood!
But I promise you it will be ok just try to take deep breaths and close your eyes and zone out

Being afraid of needles is common as it makes sense that you dont wanna get shot by a sharp little point
but everybody once had a needle shot before and they still appear completely fine, its just a pain that lasts about 1 or 2 seconds and then everything suddenly comes back to normal.
If you need to calm down about the stress of your blood being drawn just like try what @KatKatLils said and just try to zone out for a bit. Dw bro everythings gonna be alright!
i dont personally have a fear of needles since i do sewing and get shots every few months, but i know they can be intimidating since theyre quite sharp but i assure you that itll be ok and that itll only hurt for a few seconds before going away
i recommend just forgetting where you are and thinking od stuff thatll distract you
