Hallucinations?
I get hallucinations, but usually they're little black dots flying around, or silhouettes walking that go away when I look directly at them, or sometimes I hear a voice call my name and then go away. My favorite one was the super tall guy in a winter coat that somehow didn't disappear when I looked at him, he wasn't a pussy lmao.
You kinda start to like them after a while, I dunno just my experience.

the hallucinations that sounded like my mom were kind of annoying but I want to try to talk to the other girl who called my name one time when I was going back to my room from the bathroom at 4am
