Have you checked your email? You can also contact them to unban your account
You can contact discord to ask them to uban your acc you just need to ask the person who reported you to send ss as an evidence
attach the ss on the survey and ask them to unban your account that's why I asked you to take ss so they won't ignore you
And in the description tell them that yojr friend falsely reported you and demand for discord to unban your account
And on the attachments you put the ss of the evidence
And it's gonna take a while to get a response unless they'll respond quite quickly
To make you less panic so far your discord acc hasn't been deleted so you still have time to get it back

Maybe get the person who accidentally banned you to give a backup email too (with your tag slash user and backing up it was a genuine accident and asking for the account to be unbanned
