It kind of is mean, especially when someone works hard on their art and no one can comment cause you spammed it.
People can still comment if someone spams tho. I'm not talking about the message. I'm talking about how it's repeated. It's not mean.

But I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about the literal spamming. I've spammed the word "e" and have had people call me rude. I'd like to know how spamming a letter is considered rude.
Well spamming is how most people (especially troll accounts) get a lot and I mean a lot of hate
