However!
here are a few things that stick out to me?
I wish you shaded more and maybe made your backgrounds a bit more detailed?

Anyways, what I mean is that, you kinda make the hair stick close to the scalp and forehead. I think you can work on that, by like, moving it outwards, adding some very small stringy bits. It gives the hair a messy but pretty vibe, and it fits the hair we have irl more.
And try shading more? And this may just be your style, but the arms are somewhat blocky-ish and a bit too long
