Oh and the obvious go to a doctor if you can, and use antibiotic ointment if you have any.

If all else fails you can hold cloth to it yourself, it'd just be extremely boring and tedious This is only if its bleeding, if not there's not a lot to do. Pain meds if you have any, pain relief ointments, etc. Although I dont know how much pain meds would affect a sharp pain like a cut
