LinkSo begin with the outlining, then color the black pupils part. then color in the eyes. Then get the same color and color on the eyes then get white and color on the eyes and pupils. After that start adding tears. Its exactly the same but no outlining. then add the eyebrows. and then the mouth. Thats my lesson for today. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

LinkWhat i used to color it in and outline . Pen for outlining. and pen for pupils. Then I used the rollerbrush and did the rest, :3
