( Neon has fire powers -I use that for everything o v o - she has a knife and she has no armor because:-: she has a mirror to reflect powers if she really needs to ( Is that ok? )

You can only have ONE magic power ( NOT OP like : Infanite healing, Infanate force feild, turning into a god ), and ONE weapon THAT CANNOT BE MODIFIED.
( example : Knife, cythe, Gun extra... )
you CAN have armor ( NO, IT CANT BE INVINSIBLE )
You can have only ONE item ( book, sheild or SOMETHING NORMAL )
