umm lets say a bunch of shellwings were checking on they sea star sanctuary* practically a village full of sea turtles* and they small haven was completely destroyed, and they think it was they sharkwings because apparently "shark"wing is totally sinister

and a tribe council of all the sea swimming tribes come together on maybe a beach were they do intertribal trade and territory talk?*

and they get into some type of fight????
