ok new fish freak lore but its worldbuilding this time . each of the oceans r their own 'countries' (so like the Pacific is a country, the atlantic is a country, and so on) and each layer of the ocean (epipelagic, mesopelagic, etc) are their own individual 'states'. all the sea creatures can traverse through all the levels regardless of whether or not their species can actually survive in that layer irl (to make things much easier and allow diversity no matter what layer ur on.) while they CAN survive, it wont be comfortable, i imagine it'd be like someone from alaska being placed in australia, or worse depending on how far apart the layers are (like if a creature typically found in the epipelagic zone took a trip to the bottom of the mariana trench, it'd be like going from the sahara desert to antarctica)

well thats too bad u guys r gonna get fish presidents anyways but BEFORE THAT. frilled shark girl is going to be the next finalized fish freak
