You know what? I’ve been thinking about this incident since I realized I was Apothisexual. Of course this shouldn’t happen to anybody who is allo either, but it did amplify my suffering.
Strangers drawing porn of me/my persona, a minor at the time, WAS sexual harassment and it caused me severe mental distress. Even worse was the fact that it happened on my safe space, my favorite website, while I was looking for wholesome fanart so I could like it and thank my fans. The worst part, looking back, was the fact that some others who I looked up to at the time invalidated my experience and made me question whether or not it was really a serious issue. As if making a post asking for help was an overreaction. It absolutely was not, it was practically the least I could have done.
This wasn’t just a troll, it was sexual harassment. I had to experience such a thing at a young age. And it was messed up.
This is one of those things that I purposefully forget happened to me.
