LinkUh- I- it’ I’m young so I’m going to middle school for the first time ever and any advice cuz I’m worrying about it and none of my friends I’ve been with the past years are going to be there, kinda happy not seeing a few of them cuz some were complete idiots. Will again any advice?

Ay middle school is chill although 8th grade will most certainly be hard like 💀
In 6th grade just be chill it’s pretty easy going just try not to talk to “popular” kids bro school systems r crazy
7th grade *(from my experience) is pretty decent although you really just get treated like the middle child and they put lots of pressure on you for tests cause you need good grades for high school
ok time will go by wayyy faster than elementary and uh a lot of confusion and a lot of grades to worry about
oo fights fights everywhere every month atleast it was for me uh yeah stay way from them bc some kids get expelled for seeing the fight
Lots of middle schoolers are really mean because they're in their 'teenage angst' years. If someones a jerk to you don't take it personally, they'll grow out of it by highschool. (at least in my experience)
Other than that its pretty much the same as elementary just with more classes, you'll be fine

There is so much goddamn drama, and the popular girls are also *****es
Just avoid them and find people you like
Ok. I’m good at science and math so that should be a breeze. Hmm- I’ve experienced drama because 5th grade year for students at my old school were like already acting like teenagers 🤣 I heard a lot of cursing from different students and me and one of my friends were teachers kids and just walked by and ran to the teachers to tattle. And I’ve also experienced some *****es because I was a target for most people at my old school, a flirt and tease so I’m kinda used to the crap by now. Thank you for the advice!
6th graders want to be baddies, want to be cool.
7th graders are dirty minded (although 6th graders are too)
8th graders send selfies and talk about high school, though some are like 'haha 6tg gradrz r smol i iz superior'
If your middle school teaches languages
Prepare for duolingo-quality lessons (though some teachers are better than others)
Science is either the best or the worst, it depends on your teacher. There is literally nothing in between. Beware of the sexual health unit though.
Here's a tip: Stay out of all crush/dating drama.
Another tip, since you might not have any elementary school friends there,,, talk to people. Try to make friends. Act like a social butterfly. Just stay away from people that gossip about you or ghost you or are toxic AT ALL COSTS.

This isn't all 8th graders, but this happened at my school: The Japanese teacher was an unreasonable old grandma that played nursery rhymes in the beginning and end of class (obnoxious Japanese ones, but she also played Cocomelon TWICE.) and she hated me. But, she loved some of her students, mostly because they love her, because she LeTs uS wAtCh AnImE and they think she taught them enough Japanese to be fluent, when really, the teacher herself probably forgot her Japanese. Anyways, a whole 8th grade Japanese class performed the Yo-kai watch dance (very cringy dance with very cringy lyrics) in front of a talent show- why? They love their teacher so much, and the teacher keeps playing that song in front of all her classes.

Dont get a fake freind, as far as i have learned a fake freind in middle school will be worse

The part about the death threats reminded me of something
If someone picks on you and wants to fight you, don't fight too harshly, or don't fight at all, because even if you're defending yourself, teachers are gonna be like 'omg vielens iz nto da ansr OnO'
Middle school will be the worst years of your life if you're even mildly not normal
