LinkIn the background shots of the character rooms in the Digital Circus, you see some characters with their faces crossed off with a big red X. There is a clown, a dog, and (the one that intrigued me the most) a queen chess piece with red robes similar to Kingers. This is a very clever piece of storytelling where the creators tell stories with the background, rather than outright telling the audience.
The characters with the crossed off faces?
They all abstracted. You even see some of them when Kaufmo is thrown into the Cellar.

LinkThere are more than three characters with their faces crossed off, but those three were the ones I remember.
Also, if I remember right, the queen chess piece was right next to Kingers room. Were they related? In a relationship? Did they get trapped in the Digital Circus together? Who knows!

LinkAt 9:46 you see the Queen chess piece. She has a darker brown wood than Kinger has, and a red robe. She also has eyelashes on the bottom of her eyes.

LinkAt 10:40, in the far too left corner, we see another crossed off character. However, try as I might, I cannot get a clear description of them. The best I can see is a white creature with a magnet??? Idk. Someone with better graphics than I have needs to take a look.

LinkAt 12:01, on the left side, you see a blue Guy. Idk how else to describe him. He's blue.i also can't really get a good look at him because a little over half of it is covered by the doorframe.

LinkAt 12:25 on the left, you see another blue person, this one brighter than the last. I'm pretty sure they have a crescent moon shaped head.
