you had gotten in some type of accident and had been in the hospital for a while now. one night you wake up and see a stranger sitting on the foot of your bed.
the stranger looked up at you and smiled warmly.

“huhh?” he stared confused, why was that thing there with him.
"okay..i can wait a bit..im in no rush." they sat back down and watched him quietly.
he forced himself on the floor, dragging the bedding off and causing machines n stuff to beep wildly.
“!!” he squeaked loudly, hugging the bunny crawling meekly under the bed.
a few doctors ran in and pulled him out and up trying to calm him down and asking why he was freaking out.
none could see Tor.
he began sobbing, confused whilst staring at the thing.
“!!” Kitty tried to pull away but failed massively.
"nothing is there." they told him.
the reaper sighed and looked at him. "they can't see me..they aren't near death nor are they dead. can't hear me either."
Kitty looked away, sobbing and cuddling his bunny.
he pointed shakily to the bed, he wanted to sit down.

the doctors set him down and hooked him back up before leaving.
"im sorry..i didn't mean to scare you."
he looked sngry, growling and protecting his bunny.
“grr, hic,, grr,” Kitty showed his claws, purring angrily.
Tor just smiled.
"anger. almost through all the steps.." they stood and gripped their synth then held their hand out.
Kitty kept clawing the bedding in a warning, teeth now being showed.

"i don't want the bunny i want you. you can bring the bunny if you want."
BRB, taking a shower and i have a doctors appointment at 1//

they sighed and put their hand down. "why are you afraid?"

“dont,, dont like. go away.” he kept nuzzling the bunny, wanting to go home.
"i know.." they poofed away the syith(that i spelled wrong a bit ago) and clasped their hands together. "i was too."
“grff, dontnlike. go. pleaee. kitty domt like.” his words began ti become slurred and full of more muffled sobs.
"i can't go..not without you..i'd be pretty bad at my job if i did." they laughed a little awkwardly. "Kitty..i can't wait forever. i have others to see."
“NOO!” this time he purposely tore off all the machinery and rushed out of the window, latching onto the building with the bunny in his mouth; climbing upwards to the top of the building.
Tor sighed and appeared behind him. "i understand you're scared but there is nothing to be afraid of."
“LEAVE KITTY ALONE! KITTY IS FINE. KITTY IS NOT DIE!” he growled violently, just barely gripping his bunny.
"then why am i here?" they kept a calm demeanor, they didn't want to scare him anymore they they already had but they do have a job to do.
“PEOPLE CAN SEE KITTY, KITTY IS FINE, KITRY IS NOT DO DIE-“ in that moment he’d dropped his beloved bunny toy, watching it plummet to it’s ‘death’ was too much for Kitty, causing him to jump after it.
Tor flinched. "ah..now thats one way to go.."
they made their way down, jumping after and landing next to him.

he caught bunny snd managed to land in someones arms as he did.
“uwah!?” he jolted, staring at the random stranger who was now holding him.
"kitty please, i have a job to do and you're making this much harder than it has to be."

he was talking to the stunned passerby who caught him.

Tor suddenly felt..annoyed. they haden't felt like that in many years so it shocked them for a moment.

"kitty is not want die so kitty is doesn't." he curled up and hugged his bunny, falling asleep as the confused stranger decided to take kitty back eith them
using, old dragon women haha.
Jacky looked up at the figure, her horns turning to a dull color and sighed. "And- you are?" She asked, lifting a brow.

"hm..people call me a lot of things..el, Thanatos, La Muerte, Psychopomp, Shinigami.." they laughed a little. "but Tor is just fine."
She slowly stood up and smiled back. "Thats- interesting, I didn't expect to pass away in a hospital bed." Jacky said, realizing who they were.
"most do. were you expecting something like..war or in your own home?"
Jacky shook her head no, and laughed. "Honestly- I'm a couple of millions of years old, and really I just wanted to die while drinking a nice wine." She laughed.
they smiled. "how i envy you." they stood. "are you ready? or..are there some people you would like to see first?"
she didn't respond for a second, and took a deep breath. "I want to see my flower garden, please." she looked over at Tor.

Max: W-Who are you!? *He got up, shaking from a stranger at the end of his bed*
Max: I-I'm dead?! No, no, no no! This can't be my time! You are not supposed to be here!
"you're right, you're not dead..yet. im here to escort you though. im waiting till you do die."

he saw them and once he fully woke up he gasped and sat up* "who the hell are you-?"
"people call me lots of things..some personal favorites are; Shinigami, angel of death, the grim reaper." they laughed a bit. "but Tor is just fine. I'm here to escort you."
they watched him for a moment then looked at the monitor. "is there anyone you want to see?"
"when i take you.." they looked at him. "ill bring you to where everyone and everything else that has died is, my realm."
they gently grasped his hand. Tor was cold..kinda what you think death would feel like but they had soft hands.
The reaper smiled slightly. "won't be a long trip, i promise."

"my list of names is long..but i prefer Tor, and ill be escorting you to the afterlife here shortly."
"they all say that.." they leaned on their syith slightly. "but eventually they do follow me."
they listened to the beeping of the machines. "yes you can..well..more like you don't have much of a choice..not unless you magically get better."

Maroon looked at them with a confused look "who exactly are ya?" She had a country accent in her voice she had been injured protecting trey and had recently found out that her mother was dead so she was a bit sloppy on the job but trey was ok and visited often
