The copers came to get the dad since he went into hiding, hoping that they would realize that he didn't do it. They found him anyway and he walked out with his hands up like you should, but was shot since due to the fact he was a demon, they saw it as a threat. Sebal ended up seeing his dad get killed and was only about 8 at the time which ended up scarring him and made him lose faith in the justice system. As he grew up, he became resentful and angry all of the time. He missed his dad and his kind mom was the only thing that kept him from going off the deep end for a while at least. He eventually had enough though and that is when the chaos started. He was burning down buildings, killing anyone he found and when the cops came around to stop him, he killed them all with the most brutality that he could. H
