LinkIm actaully kindof in shock i actualy cut myself like i havent done that in so long there were a lot of times where i was closento soing it but i didnt end up doing ot and now it feels like really weird and different like i leep thonking about it and i keep scarong myself ebecause i leep seeing teh blood in my head amd blood freaks me out sp bad idk i jusy feel shocked i actually did it liek it feels like someone else was controlling my body or somethint idek

Linkand it takes me so long to open up to therapists like only the other day did i finally admit on my medical form that i have attempted before i was scared to because i thought my mom would take my phone also apparently she knows i tried to kill mhself because she told the psychiatrist and i was like oh so i guess theh figured out i was lying about taking more pills to see if ut would work beter.
