I just woke up. And I should eat something for breakfast, because I have a constant issue of forgetting to eat in the morning. But I just sat down on the couch and I don't have the motivation to get up and get something to eat

Maybe regaining the breakfast-skipping habit has given me iron deficiency and that's why I'm craving non-food items-

I never actually feel hungry when I first wake up and I progressively feel hungrier as I go on And actually no matter how hungry I am there's a select few things that I hyperfixate on to the point I forget I'm hungry alltogether. Which I think is related to my possible ADHD.
