Imma be honest I've never seen that other than when someone is trolling. What I have seen so so much race bending of making people black when they aren't which to me is just as annoying because you're like wow cool poc character and you look them up and they're actually just white
Also uh...most ppl in anime are Asian hence they aren't black lol
