A day and a half of drawing, 2 hours of tweening, and 277 frames. This took way too long for what it is...
yeah idk why. It's literally just a copy of an identical cutscene from a vidyagame.

I must ask, how does one go about tweening on here? I didn't think it was possible using this program.

It's on the new editor. Once you go to the 'create an animation' thing, on top of the blank page is 'check out our new updated beta' something like that. You can click that. It takes you to a different editor which is for tweening.
HIGH LEVEL.
1) HOW MANY FRAMES?
2) HOW MUCH TIME TOOK?
3) TABLET/MOUSE?
