I physically had to be carried to the bathtub to help relax my muscles. It didn't help that much. I can not move I hurt so bad. But I also can't sit still because it hurts. But moving feels like needles in my back. Sitting still feels like someone is pushing a burning rod of metal down my spine, so I sit on my bed squirming around but only my upper shoulders. Its like an anxiety tik, But this is much worse. I can't get it to stop-
