ok so every diabetic's ratios are different but i wanna talk abt that ratios are basically how many carbs per unit and then what you divide it by. mine are 18 and 75, every 18 carbs i get a unit of insulin. the 75 is used to divide my sugar. if my sugar is 253 like it is now, the math is: 253 - 120 divided by 75. so it would be 133 divided by 75, and the answer is 1.7. my mom rounds up so i'd get 2 units of insulin to correct my sugar yeehaw ok bye lol
