im bad @ drawing, especially non-simple characters, and i need someone who can draw non-simple characters. basically, a girl with pigtails (similar to harley quin's pigtails i guess?) with blonde hair and blue streaks and she wears a dress with knee-high socks and converse that's all blue and white and gold, kinda maid-style, but if you can make it in a way that's... weird? and hard to look at??? if it's not too hard. she's a villain named Higgledy-Piggledy and she makes people temporarily confused and she's all ~sadistic and evil~ please draw her she's also kinda tannish-white, like half hispanic i guess
