Alrighty He was around the time alastor was around,, so like around the early 1890's to the early 1900's, a big shot heading straight to the top, actor/radio host, loved to read, but he was also a homosexual, and this made him sad and depressed because he was taught that it was wrong and gross from his father, when his father found out about Oscar's homosexuality, almost killed him and chased him into a nearby forest, where a few hunters mistook him for a deer and shot and killed him, which is why he doesn't have two eyes, he has the spot where his other eye would've been covered up, because it's just a black square with a white X, it was found out later that Oscar was a cannibal/had cannibalistic tendencies, and was the murderer and kidnapper of several people. how Oscar relates to alastor in the living world was that alastor was Oscar's idol and inspiration, when alastors death was on the news along with what he's done, Oscar was devastated.
