“Come on!!” your/your oc’s blue haired friend giggled as they took your hand and lead you to the woods. Picnic basket in the other hand, you/your oc walked behind as she led the way. This was normal of course, Jane was always one to lead you/them on some sort of fun adventure. Whether it be the woods, the beach, the park or a field she’d always promise you the best time of your/their life. Thankfully for the both of you/them, jane was always the type to keep her promises.
Today was special though, you/they just had a feeling jane had something planned with the way she spoke to you/them that very afternoon.
“Come on!” she told you “it’ll be fun! I promise you won’t regret it!!” her voice rang in your/their ears like a church bell. She was really…persistent…
Despite this, you/your oc shrugged it off, after all. It was only her after all, jane couldn’t hurt a fly.
Continuously, you/they two/both began to walk for what seemed like forever, by now it was dark

"Uh, hmm. Thats a good question." Roxy thinks for a moment.
"I just imagine its like, I don't know, just eternal darkness, I suppose?" She is a bit confused by the strange question but doesn't really mind.
Jane nodded, taking note of that.
She kept walking, leading Roxy down a path, or trail? It was hard to tell, not that that mattered.
By now the sun had gone down, and the only thing that could be seen was the blue haired girl Infront of Roxy leading her to what seemed to be an endless road
"So, where are we off to?" She asked, seeming a little nervous, as she was unsure of where Jane was leading her.
"home." Was all that Jane answered with. It was like the air around then dropped a few degrees after she spoke. Still not facing Roxy, they continued to what seem like endless walk.
"If you screamed," Jane began "would anyone hear you?"
Seeming a bit concerned by this question, she asks, "Is everything alright? Thats quite a strange question to ask somebody out of nowhere, you know." Roxy twitches her ear nervously.
Jane didn't respond, and seemed to ignore the rest of what Roxy tried to say. Eventually, Jane came out a stop. Letting go of Roxy's hand, she turned around, her blue eyes locked on the grill Infront of her.
"Close your eyes," Jane asked, but seemed more like demanded.
She had a look of concern on her face. "Why-?" Roxy asked, a bit confused but most worried.
"please," was all Jane responded with, no other answer, movement, or explanation was given.

"If you went missing,"
Jane began to speak, and the sound of the picnic basket opening was heard along with light scraping.
Whatever Jane was pulling out was sharp.
"Would anyone come looking for you?"
(NO WORRIES!!)
Roxy sweated a bit. (is sweated even a word? Idfk dawg) Her eyes shot open and they looked frightened. "what are you doing-?" She completely disregards Janes question.

"If you went missing," Jane repeated, "would anyone come looking for you?"
Roxy hesitated before speaking. "My friends, maybe family-? I don't know-?" She seemed more on edge than before. "Why are you asking these weird questions?"
"of course, of course they would." Jane nodded as her voice trailed, and by the sound of her volume decreases she seemed to be trailing off too.
"You can...open your eyes now..."
Roxy opens her eyes, looking at Jane. "Why are you asking these creepy ass questions, man?!"
"I dunno, not something I think about" Jynxx shrugged, not questioning where the sudden question came from
Jane nodded, taking note of what jynxx said and kept leading them? (Idk/forgot their pronouns 💀)
The night grew dark the more they kept walking, what was a lovely picnic became an endless loop of leaves crunching and an mysterious ora of something dreadful.
A couple of steps later, she stopped finally, and had let go of their hand, Still not facing them.
"If you screamed, do you think anyone would hear you?" She said once more, her tone still joyful despite her words being as dark as it was around them.
"Depends where you are and the kind of scream. I hear a ton of screams back in the city but then again I do got good ears.. why ya askin?"
She tilted her head curiously
Jane seemed to giggle
"No reason," she told calming as they continued to walk.
Eventually, she lead the two of them to a stop, Jane turned around.
Her blue eyes stayed half lidded as she stared Jynxx in her eyes.
"Close your eyes for me." Jane asked, but seemed more like a demand.
"I- okay? Don't murder me please?"
*She closed her eyes, standing still*
Jane seemed to ignore her plea and stood directly Infront of Jynxx. The sound of opening could be heard, from the picnic basket.
"If you went missing,"
Jane began, and sounded to be pulling something from out the basket, and by the sound of light scraping from the contact of the item to the basket, the item seemed sharp.
"Would anyone come looking for you?,"
"Well uh Onyx might.. my brother.. maybe even the big guy I sometimes train with? I-if you are going to kill be, I a-admit that one time I did steal your corset-"
She fidgeted a little, her ears shooting back and laying flat against her head
(BRO CALLED JANE OUT ABOUT NOT BEING A NATURALLY SKINNY SHAWTY 💀)
"I figured, or course." Jane responded, then seemed to put the object back. "You can.." Jane's voice trailed off as she sounded to be trailing off, but not far.
"..Open your eyes now..."
she opened her eyes, a little fabergasted she wasn't stabbed or something
Jane was now sitting down, and finally with a hint of where they were a tree line could finally be seen. Jane sat on what seemed to be an edge, why not join her? Though, logically speaking, it was best not to, but this was Roxy's friend.
she sat beside her. Jynxx offered a patient smile
"You know you can talk to me right?"
"I know, out of everyone I know I can with you."
Jane turned to Jynxx then stared back out at the view. Water shimmered below them with the reflecting moonlight, it seemed a lot brighter and easier to see now.
"I ask myself those same questions" Jane said referring to the wack trivia she gave Jynxx. "I feel like..." Jane's voice trailed off, seemed like Jane had a lot more to say than it lead on.
"Like?"
She followed her gaze but kept glancing back, concern lacing her normally so confident voice
Jane softened
"Like there's something more," Jane began "I don't want to hurt you, I never meant to hurt anyone. I'm tired, I'm tired of ignoring the constant voice screaming in my ear about how there's more, about how I should be coming home, wherever that is. I feel it speak, tell me things I don't want to hear in a trade of leading me somewhere that I can't follow." Jane didn't exactly make a lot of sense. Actually, she made zero sense. Voices in her head? Jane was probably the least person you'd think to have those, mainly because of her normally fearless and thoughtless personality. She was the definition of act first think later. And to top it all off she was always so...happy. so excited. What was going on?!
"I feel that and honestly.. yeah personally I think there's something wrong with me but eh.. that's not important"
"me too. I've been told that my whole life. Yet I've never understood *what* was wrong. Therapy didn't make it any better, and neither did jan buying me a pocket knife." She explain looking out at the few, distracted by thought now as she tried to express what exactly made her feel this way.
Jan was her brother, older brother. Of course no knew much about him, mainly because he was too busy playing Fortnite or rocket league in his room all the time, occasionally coming out to use the bathroom or grab something to eat. Jane didn't exactly grow with parents, at least that's what she told you, presumably Jan was the only thing taking care of her, or at least was. Now she's on her own, living life like...an adult, or that's what she plans on doing.
"Oh thanks pretty good! I recently moved in with Onyx, the guy's a better housemate than I thought for an angel and a mage for that matter"

Jane nodded and sighed.
"I brought you here with me because...If I decide to go over the edge, I want *you* to be the last person I say goodbye to. I'm so tired of feeling like...I don't belong, as if I don't meet the status quo. It's not fair. And to call your nerves, I guess if you haven't figured out I'm not going to stab you, though, blood *was* shead with it....I don't only use that thing for spreading jam on biscuits..."

"Oh uh that's a relief, being stabbed is not fun. And I'm honored Jane.. I know I live kinda far being in Dungeon city n all but I do mean it when I say I'm here for ya"
She offers a gentle and caring smile

"Thanks..."
Jane turned to Jynxx, her normally bubbly and joyful demeanor began to break through once more
"Seriously, thank you, you have no idea how much I needed to talk."
Jane said, and then wrapped her arms around her friend in a tight embrace, a thankful smile on her face as she did so.
Jynxx returned the hug, letting Jane slightly sink into her fluff
"Anytime you need it hun"
"you are literally the best I swear!!" Jane said in her normal happy tone. She then let go and took Jynxx by the hands and stared in her eyes. A look of thankfulness and almost love swirled in them. She smiled at Jynxx.
"now, I'm hungry" Jane said with a smile as she pulled over the picnic basket.
She opened it and handed out her lovely friend an cinnamon bun.
"I have turkey and cheese samiches in there too if you want." Jane told her, putting the basket beside her before getting one herself. She looked back out at the view and kicked her feet in content.
"Ah, the bun will do for now"
Jynxx gave a light stretch before sitting beside her and delicately taking the cinnamon bun
"Do you ever think about what might've happen if we never met?"
"I probably would of jumped off this ledge a long time ago." Jane didn't seem to hesitate. "You are and were quite literally the only thing that's stopping me, I don't know where I'd go, or what would happen, but I know I'd miss out hugs and talks." Jane spoke once more
"Shit really? Well I guess I gotta admit work is a lot easier to pull through with you and our lil visits"
Jynxx ate her cinnamon bun and stared at the view, almost glaring at
Jane leaned her head on Jynxx's shoulder and continued to eat.
((I know what I'm doing after the Jynxx piece lmao and if you want them to be a Canon thing I'd be cool with it ^^))

Ike let out a soft sighed and rubbed the back of her (own) neck for a moment before speaking quietly “ hmm..dunno, suppose it would all just go dark I guess..ya know? I don’t necessarily believe in an afterlife soo- “ she said with a slight huff, putting her hands in her sweaters pockets
Jane nodded. Taking a good note of Ike's words.
Jane continued to lead her on a path that seemed to go on forever, the wind whistled by then a few times. It seemed like it grew darker and colder the more their feet kept moving.
"If you screamed," Jane began, talking once more out of the blue
"Do you think anyone would hear you?"
Her eyes narrowed slightly, her walking seeming to have slowed down as she felt some mild discomfort from the sudden questions “ uhm..where kind of,, in the middle of nowhere.. “ she muttered to herself, pulling her hands out from her pockets as she stared at her, huffing “ anyways where are these questions even coming from ? What are you planning to kill me or something ?? “ she said as she began to get skeptical of her
Jane seemed to ingore Ike's words.
It was then that Jane stopped their travel, it was too dark to see where they stopped, but it was clear that it was somewhere deep in the woods.
Jane turned around, and faced Ike, her blue eyes piercing into Ike's soul, or at least that's what it felt like.
"Close your eyes for me, would you?" Jane asked, but her tone was almost demanding.
She huffed, coming to a halt herself but took a step back away from jane. A slight growl emitting from her throat “ I’m beginning to feel that you really are trying to kill me … “
She looked around for a moment, before retuning her gaze to Jane again. She was incredibly hesitant at first but she closed her eyes

She clenched her hands, her breathing growing slightly heavy as she began to take a few steps back, but kept her eyes shut, although began to peek a little
Jane repeated the question
"If you went missing...would anyone come looking for you?"
Through the peek something metal would be seen touching what seemed to be Jane's finger tips in playful way
She felt her breath hitch, hissing slightly “ you know..I don’t have anyone else Jane.. “ she said slowly
"neither do I." Jane sighed, the sound of the rustling continued once more and stopped as it began, whatever Jane had she seemed to have just put back.
"You can...." Jane began, her voice trailing off, and by the sound of it, she was too, the soft sound of foots step walking away were presumably by Jane
"Open your eyes now..."

She huffed, and opened her eyes, her eyes narrowed. She simply stood there, growling softly to herself

She pauses and clicks her tongue "Well that came out of nowhere... I don't know, I don't quite... I ask myself that often."
"me too," Jane seemed to mutter, but nod, taking note of what Suki said.
Jane kept leading the two down the path, by now it was hard to see the tree line, let alone what was Infront of her.
It almost seemed like she was leading them in circles, but the lack of turns said otherwise.
"If you screamed," Jane said, more soft now, her questions seeming to come out of nowhere.
"Would anyone hear you?"
"...uh if people are around maybe- are you mentally stable?" she is concerned. Both for her and Jane's safety "Also it's getting pretty dark... are we almost there...?"
Jane didn't respond.
Jane continued to lead the two. It was a few minutes of unwanted silence later, that Jane finally stopped their travel.
She had let go of Suki's hand and turned to face the pink haired girl.
"Close your eyes please," Jane asked of her.
Jane spoke once more
"If you went missing....."
Her voice trailed off as the sound of something opening was heard, the picnic basket.
And from the sounds of light scraping, it seemed like whatever she was pulling out was sharp.

"Well... yeah. I have 6 siblings after all, some friends, my father..." she pauses "what is that Jane...?"
"of course, of course they would." Jane seemed to sigh, putting the object back in the backet she spoke once more
"You can...." Her voice trailed off along to the sound of herself beginning to trail off, walking away.
"Open your eyes now..."
Suki opens her eyes, and turns to Jane "Why did you ask me to close my eyes for that question?"
Jane began to walk off, and finally what could be seen was a tree line, in the middle and what seemed like an edge Jane sat and looked down, she spoke from afar
"I ask myself those things too," was what she answered with.
"I wonder those things alot. I...." Her voice trailed off, maybe it was best to talk things out? Seemed like Jane had more to say than what was lead on.
She follows her, and sits next to her "You what...? You can talk to me you know. I'm used to having people vent to me."
"I know, I know, out of people I know I can talk to you. I'd feel bad of course but...I think you already know that you're a good listener," Jane softened and looked back down. "Those questions...." She began "I ask myself those occasionally....more than occasionally.." she began.
"Mhm... go on..." She looks up at the sky, her legs crossed and her breathing gentle
"I don't know... it's... complicated...I guess honestly I haven't doing the best." Jane began, allowing herself to get lost in thought as she looked at the view Infront of her
"I've been feeling...alone, more than i want to. Therapy hasn't been helping..." Jane seemed to tense up at her own words. "At all..." Jeez. This girl must have issues.
"Not even therapy...? dang..." she fidgets with a bit of her (own) hair
I would probably decide this is not for me and go home and watch family guy
Jane seemed to nod at their response.
She continued to lead them down an endless road of pitch black and the sound of leaves, twigs, and grass crunching below their feet.
"If you screamed," Jane paused as they kept walking.
"Would anyone hear you?"
Jane nodded taking note of his response.
After a few minutes of walking in what could pass by as an endless black void. Jane stopped.
She let go of his hand and turned to face him, her blue eyes pierced his soul brutally.
"Close your eyes more me." She asked, but more so demanded
"please, would you?" She spoke again. No other explanation or movement was given.

"Fine, just follow me." Jane said with a sigh. She didn't take his hand this time as she began to walk away on her own down the path, if he didn't kep up he'd loose sight of her and any sense of where he is or needs to go.
From what he could see, she seemed to be pulling something out of her picnic basket as she spun around to face him. And by the sound of light scraping and a flash of a metallic grey, whatever she had seemed to be....sharp and shiny.
"If you went missing...would anyone one coke looking for you?..." She asked, her words seeming colder than it was outside.
"anyone else?" Jane seemed.... interested.
(If you can't tell this ending is going to be different than the others)
A sharp object was then felt against his throat.
"That's what I wanted to hear." Jane told her friend in the most sinister way.
Feeling the force of her blade being pushed back she used the force to take it by her side and twirl it.
"Hold still, won't you~" she said sinister, stopping the blade's motion, ready for a killer time.
"helping you find the *real* answer to my questions,"
And with that Jane charged at....her friend (wait what's his name 💀)
(Idk, I guess eddie 🤷♂️)
he'd try to dodge the attack only leaving a scar but no deeper covering the mark with his hand while it bleeds
"We can find the answer in the future, why can't I just wait and enjoy my life until I'm ready to leave! Besides, this wont give you the answer, it'll give me!!"
"who said *I* wanted the answers."
Was all she said, a took of craze in her eyes. She looked down at her knife, with a small bit of blood on it, she looked at it satisfied.
azoraq: "what do you mean?" his voice shuttered as it got colder a chill went up his back
"you know....what do you think happens when you die?" Jane repeated her question. Her grip almost seeming to tighten as they continued walking into the empty black.
he looked down at their hands "ah, i dont know.. i believe that we are all one, so we all just turn into a different life form that was born when we died..." he said starting to trail off "why do you ask?"
Jane nodded and ignored the rest of his words.
They continued to walk once more for a few minutes before she spoke once again with questions out of thin air.
"If you screamed, do you think anyone would hear you?"
"you heard me," Jane said, not looking back at her friend. She stopped as well once he stopped their travel.
his eyes narrowed as if he wasnt himself " no, i dont believe so." his tone as if his shy lovable personality vanished
Jane nodded, taking note.
"Come on" she tugged slightly on his hand to move, still making no eye contact
(Jane isn't going to fight him...but if she did she'd probably win.)
Jane continued to walk, and then once more another question came about.
"If you screamed, so you think anyone would hear you?"
" i guess not? " his voice seemed back to normal "i have a question? what are we doing?"
Jane continued to walk for a while, before stopping. She turned to her friend and let go of his hand, her blue eyes Piercing his....slin?
"Close your eyes for me," Jane asked, but more so demanded.
