So first, draw 7 frames of something running(sketch) set them to the second slowest line

Save it then make a new layer, in wich you draw the pokemon/animal over the sketches Run it and see if it works Erase the Sketch layers Color in the pokemon/animal

Make the background on the background layer Then on the sketch layer(without the sketches) draw stuff moving so it looks like they're running Then save it and there you go!
