Linkventing about one of the eperson i have been for the past 5 or so posts btw
first off, i am actually, unnironically scared to show this person stuff that i'm proud of cause they'll;
1. copy it (but change ONE or TWO things about it)
2. Disgregard it and act as if its worthless/doesnt mean anything
or
3. Shame me for spending time on it.
DO you want to know why i havent been posting updates about Gellos? Besides storyboarding and animating, its because ive been at a fcucking breakingpoint with this person.
Whenever I show them something i put time into (Gellos for example) they're like "Ok,but do you want to see the ocs i made??" comepletely disregarding it.
I treat whatever they make with respect but I dont even know if i can do that anymore considering that literally everything they make is traced or copied.
I respond to her art with good feedback, but she just..glances over mine. she acknowledges that it exists but,, she just moves on immidiately, while im there complimenting her

You want to know how i know one of her characters is hers?
- The refrence sheet is traced from an anime
- the hair goes all the way to the ground
- theyre (when i say theyre, i mean all) apparently a "cute but will kill you" stereotype
- its copied.

LinkALso, the thing about the hair going to the ground, shell get mad at you if you draw said character with shorter hair.
Like at one point when we were dating, i asked her what she wanted her oc to look like, and she said the following
" long hair, all the way to the ground with a lazy but cutecore emo aesthetic. give her a sythe!!",,,
let me tell you
she has a problem with sythes.
every character she "makes", apparently has a sythe.
to the point where one of their last names is "Sythe"

LinkShe also seems to appropriate japanese, korean, AND chinese culture with their names. she claims that its not all of them, but the only "english names" are Cocoa (i legit dont think there are any else nvm)
but hte names she uses often always end in I's, E's, or URA's. AND SHE ALWAYS PRONOUNCES THEM WRONG

Yes, i know there are both english and japanese translations, but i asked her and she means japanese translation. She also says sakura means to be powerful and all knowing, while being sweet and kind.
when it actually means, (Quoted from google) "Sakura (桜) - Sakura means “cherry blossom” and is derived from saku 咲, which means to bloom, or alternately to smile/laugh. The 口 in 咲 indicates an open mouth. Cherry blossoms are a symbolic flower of the spring, a time of renewal, and the fleeting nature of life.
