Yeah, that's exactly what I thought when I found out about the show. I thought it was some dumb ripoff and the animation was admittedly kinda bad. But when I started watching it I did get kinda hooked. Yes the main character is a brat and she really annoys me but Ig the storyline is good? well, that is just my opinion. The show is about a girl that meets a horse, and he is wild but people capture him. she is the only one that can ride him so they decide that she can have it or something. idk, she ends up setting him free because she doesn't want him to be owned or something? But he comes back and they become friends and stuff. I would suggest it, but I understand what you mean, the movie is also one of my favourites. So yeah, sorry for the long comment. :/
