I relate to this, and just know you are not alone. I had many years of therapy wasted, but eventually I came to realise this. Everyone is their own person, and Everyone has a goal, something they want to achieve. If you cant find a reason, make one, like I did. Im not saying this will work for everyone, I am just sharing you my experience.
