Two characters I made based off of a story I did for Creative Writing. I like their friendship a lot. Still developing their story though, since I only wrote Billy's backstory so far. I enjoy these two a lot. I'm probably gonna make Phillip's hair longer in a future picture (most likely one where they're 16 or 18) Anyways, I'll leave it at that for now.
