why am i always too afraid to speak up when something IS wrong

honestly if i had to be real with myself i’d say i feel like a burden if not worse im always running to people to cry to them about my problems or always wanting their constant love and attention i feel like any moment im not thinking about them im OBSESSING over them and it worries me im afraid im making them uncomfortable

the last thing i’d ever wish would be to make them uncomfortable either i worry too much or im just crazy but i feel almost as if some sort of ‘avoidance’ is happening????? and im not really sad but more worried that im right and i AM making them uncomfortable but im too afraid to tell them anything and i dont want to come off as rude because they deserve the absolute best

i don’t know im venting on this shitty website for no reason they don’t even check it WHY would i vent in the open to the very few people who even care on this website and even if they do i don’t need anyone else to tell me they saw this because it won’t matter this isn’t meant for anyone else but if i vent directly to them im just risking everything
