the way it's body looks (masc fem or neutral) depends on the drain they form in
drain with hair primarily from an afab person leads to a fem body shape (BOOBS!!!)
drain with hair primarily from an amab person leads to masc body shape (more squared off body)

they r a physical embodiment of anxiety/mental illness in general so he doesnt do anything harmful but is more like a symbolic lingering paranoia and fear and such
i mean shes made of hair if theres any gaps it can for sure get thru, not to mention the other drains
he can climb out of the toilet if the situation arises too
