That's not necessarily a bad thing. This sort of fluctuation of hating your art happens because your taste is better than your ability. The things you like aren't the things you're able to create. Slowly your art comes up to that level and then your taste starts to include more things you can't do. And the cycle continues. You really can't make yourself like your art all the time because you can ALWAYS improve
