if you struggle with sh, put glue on your skin. If you slightly rub it in, It'll be harder to get out. pick five things that you hear, see smell, taste, or feel. This helps bring you back to reality. choose a bead necklace, or make one. then, count the beads. It'll take your mind off of things. put red food dye in water, then in an ice tray. freeze it, and then rub where you want to sh. write a list of all the good things you've done. Maybe as small as you went for a walk, or as big as helping someone not commit suicide.

collect salt packets when going to restaurants, then pour the salt on your tongue when feeling anxious. make an album of pictures you find funny. Then, when you're sad, you can have a good laugh. if you have an animal, pet and/or talk to them. It's very therapeutic to me. It's been proved that it can release serotonin and happy hormones. read odd facts about anything. It can distract you, weird you out, and/or just make you laugh. There's some bizzare ones.

This is actually rlly good info. Ty! My therapist told me the same but I don’t like her so I ignore it, but coming from another person who I assume is around my age actually makes me wanna listen, thank you
