Linkdear evan hansen was pretty bad because a LOOOT of tweens found it at a point where they weren't really. mature enough to understand it. so it really led to fetishizing mlm and infantilizing mental illness and other -ilizing words
AND THEN there people who SLANDER evan and go "he is the MOST EVIL MAN. HE ONLY LIED TO MAKE OUT W ZOE!" which goes against. the entire plotline... i mean if u wanted to water down the entire musical for what made it good then sure ..

it was very intersting but i started zonijng out ehrn th e motorcyle cop guy died n turned into a zombie thingd and killed his wife. very funky then that professor startend talkijgf about uhhughjg. stuff it was funny but it felt like a fever dream
