First, I begin to go into a fetal position while begining to weep, and crawl under my blankets in said position. I then grab a pillow and hug it while thinking about more reasons to cry. Sometimes randomly I will hit myself or smack myself in the head and quickly say something like "you stupid peice of ****ing shit I hope you die alone your parents will never truly love you you retard" and I just tumble around in my bed for a bit trynna get comfy while I calm down untill I pass out.
