I'm almost sure this is a joke, but if not that is very much not healthy and will cause more harm than good in the end that can cause many mental, physical or situational problems.
Well that is very not healthy and I know from personal experience. Please go seek help as soon as possible. I can't force you, but I see you as a good friend and I care about your health and safty
I am very flattered that you care and are addressing this but I promise you, I will be fine! Over the years, I have been going through a lot and some of it was close enough to breaking me. But I stayed strong and I am pushing through it now! You don't have to worry at all because whatever gets thrown at me, I will overcome!!
