the cape is kinda rigid, moves upward and downwards too soon without smooth motion

Yeeah there's definitely some things I'd like to fix about it, I think my downfall was staring at it so long it looked smooth lol

Yeah, the next time I do something like this I'll add a couple inbetweens of it bending between the first and last frames
