Pride War takes place every pride month! During this time FA is divided into a Joke War where both sides of FA, the LGBTQ+ and Straight communities, make anims themed around fighting the other.

This war is a joke and should not be taken seriously, if someone uses this as an excuse to actually be homophobic, transphobic, etc. then we’re lucky FlipAnim made a blocking feature recently! If you see anything about a user using this as an excuse to discriminate then please tell people (calmly!) about it, but please don’t start drama, we have enough of that lol.

During the Pride Wars, we’ve had various plots, such as giant bombs to flatten the warzone, and last year we had robot invasions!!! I don’t remember much about the year before last year other than the bomb (that might have even been the year before, but I hope I’m right) but last year, 2020, we had the robot invasion which turned out to be a trick in the long run to eliminate the lgbt side! Reminder, this is a joke war, nobody should be taking their death seriously, think of it like paintball! During the War, some small factions broke out such as the Neutral Chefs! This faction aimed to help out both sides of the war as a supply producer! This was really cool last year and hopefully, we’ll see them return in this year’s war and many more factions!

As for this year, what can we expect? Biological weapons? Anal probing? Cold War? All I’m going to say for this year is that things are looking way more peaceful this year-round! Gold and AK have made a deal for a truce since last year and everyone should be safe from war! The atmosphere seems a bit tense from all of the past experiences but as long as nothing bad happens, as long as someone... or something... causes mayhem! (Yes, we have a plot written, my best advice is to not take pride war designs look overly battle damaged, bloody, etc. There will be time for that afterward.)
