I got some advice for your stickfigure animations :D. Make them less restrained and more cartoony. Squash and stretch. Dont give them to many physical restraints while still making them seem to move similarly to humans. Kinda like the blurs, it looks weird if you stare at it on just that frame but when you run it all together it looks smoother.
