CW// descriptions of a skin condition When I first created Raze, I was being affected by a skin disease and wasn’t sure what the cause was. It made me look like my whole face was flaking off, and I was covered in tough red bumpy patches, and it was spreading down my neck to my chest. I was terrified. I projected this onto Raze and turned it into his motivation as a villain. He wants a cure for his condition, and he’s willing to do anything for that. People are scared by his appearance. He’s worried about it spreading. Though the disease never gets this far in canon, I just wanted to draw what Raze is most afraid of and what could happen if he didn’t work with Eggman. You’ll be happy to know that I saw a doctor and got some medication, and my skin is now healthy and normal-looking again. The same thing happens to Raze at the end of his arc, so don’t worry about us!
