Linkphysical therapy after chronic pain for 2 years somehow made it infinitely worse. I can hardly stand, I can barely walk, nothing I do or take seems to relieve the pain-

isn't physical therapy like. Supposed to make it worse initially? or am i wrong? i'm assuming option b because i am the dumbest ***** alive but i am curious
I thought it was supposed to make it better! They evaluate your movement capabilities and offer exercises to strengthen weak points, or at least that's how I think it works...

oh no yeah of course but i mean like. as is with workouts as a whole it is painful to begin with but gets better with time no? as muscle strength increases and whatnot

have you gotten an xray or mri to check for arthritis or damage to cartilage and bones? is arthritis common in your family?
thats what i suspect might be wrong with my legs unfortunately lol
I have gotten X-rays (not recently), they have noticed some slight swelling, I forgot what exactly it was that was swollen though.
