He fell to the ground, sputtering out blood. Solar laughed. "Finally got that bastard."

Solar growled at Tenor. "Think you can save that mutt?" Toony shoved Tenor away as Solar shot a bullet at Tenor.

Solar walked over to Tenor and stomped his foot onto Tenor's chest, then Toony's. Toony let out a scream.

He looked at Tenor and placed the gun tip against Tenor's forehead. "Goodbye, watcher." Toony shakily held his chest as he heaved in pain, reaching for his gun and aiming it at Solar.

His eyes widened as he heard and felt the gun shot, falling to his knees and rolling off of Tenor. Toony was happy he had enough strength to keep Tenor safe, but he used it all up and passed out.

Yeah he had like 2 minutes before death.

He whimpered.

His heart skipped a beat, slowing down.

He heavy pants of pain started to die down.

He groaned loudly in pain when Tenor shook him.

"I-I'm n-no-not gonna d-die you moron.."

(( how tf it reach )) He groaned more.

(( lol alright )) He weakly placed his paw over Tenor's mouth.

He moaned more in pain.

He let his arm fall to the ground.

He let out a huge and long sigh of relief. "T-thank god..."

"Yes p=please...I need to get my st-strength back..." (( there are 7 members of the gang including Toony ))

"Calm d-down you poor thing..." He sighed, rubbing Tenor's back.

"W-where's BD? He needs to get up f-firstly."

"He's m-my right hand man."

He weakly held onto Tenor, groaning more. BD twitched.

He waddled slowly to the car. BD groaned and whined, shakily sitting up,.

He nodded. He stumbled to his feet and looked around. "Where is he?"

"W-water please.." He shuffled to the truck.

"Thank you.." He took the water bottle and opened it, sipping it. "Hey.." BD leaned against the truck door. Solar blinked hazily and looked around. He looked at him and shot up, crawling back. He hissed.

"Water please.." "What's the favor?" He arched a brow untrustingly.

He grabbed the water and nodded his thanks, going back over to the gang and healing them. He nodded and rolled onto fours, stalking behind the car.

Solar sighed and scampered off with his gang. Toony growled and got out of the car. "That little ****er, where'd you go!? I can smell you!?"

"No, I have it handled. Thank you." "I smell Solar!!" He snarled.

"BD, scout the area." BD nodded and examined everything and where Solar's body once was. "His blood is here, but his body and gang isn't. Shit," He walked back to Toony. "He must've not have been killed and had enough energy to heal and escape."

Toony glared at him. "No, you insisted on healing everyone in my gang. You said nothing about 'everyone'. And neither did I."

He sighed. "Whatever. We'll deal with that later then. There's Xavier, Navy, and Han-Jae, my brothers, Radio, Cupcake, and BD, my close friends. There. Now you know who."

"Well look the **** around you at who's here!! The only people here are my gang you moron!!" "Hey, calm down." BD sighed and rubbed Toony's back. "He healed us. We can deal with Solar."

Toony snarled at Stone. BD growled at Toony. "Both of you calm your man tits before I rip them off!"

He grabbed the bottle and shoved it in Stone's mouth, then shoved a cigarette in Toony's. "Calm the **** down." Toony growled more until BD lit the cigarette, then he began to relax.

Toony took a long drag before exhaling smoke. "I think we'll-" He began before BD hit him in the back of the head. "That would be kind, thank you." He glared at Toony.

Toony grumbled and opened the door for Tenor, then joined his gang in the back of the truck.

Cupcake reached her spiked bat over to his side, wrapped the belt around a spike and hit the clicker thingy and buckled him in.

She nodded and sat back. "Yes." Toony said.

Everyone enjoyed the ride, especially Radio and BD who were just acting like happy little puppies in cars. Toony continued smoking.

BD howled happily.

"Yeah, sometimes he forgets that we're wanted." Toony flicked BD's forehead.

He glared at Stone, looking away. "Tch. You're hiding something."

BD looked at Stone. "No, Toony's right, he is hiding something." "Perks of having someone with one perk. He can tell if anyone's lying or hiding something." Toony chuckled.

BD began to growl at Stone. "It's not a secret to be embarrassed to have, it's a secret to be scared to have."

He growled more.

"That's great for him, but as soon as we get out of this truck, Tenor, you're going to be staying with one of us in case something happens. Solar knows how much you mean to our gang, and if something happens to you, he know it would hurt us. So I assume he's after you right now."

"If BD doesn't trust him, then I certainly don't." He whispered back to Tenor. "He's hiding something, be careful."

"That might be what he wants you to think." He glared at Stone before sitting back down.

"Thanks for the ride." Toony and his gang hopped out. BD squeaked happily, clearly had enjoyed the ride. He opened the door for Tenor.

Toony opened the door to their base. "Hurry in, I don't want to waste his time." His gang quickly waddled in.

-inside was big and there were some dope ass fairy lights lining all the rooms, each member of the gang had their own room. There was even a kitchen!- Most of the gang members went into their rooms and took naps, but Toony and BD stayed, staring at Tenor after the door was closed and locked.

"BD?" BD placed his arms behind his back. "Tenor, you might think that Stone is your best friend. But I meant it when I said that he was hiding something. He kept avoiding questions. And if I'm honest, I'm not sure how much longer it'll be until something happens. So, until then, we thought it would be best if you were assigned someone to be by your side. I assume Solar is after you for your worth, so this could mean many things. But as for now, who do you want to stay with? You can go with Toony, but it might be more dangerous since he is the Don."

BD looked at Toony with a look that said: "See?" Toony sighed. "Tenor, honey, I know that's what he's shown to be. But not all people are how you think. If you look at BD, he looks like he doesn't really have any muscles does he? He just looks chunky." BD glared at him jokingly. "He certainly looks big and fluffy and nice on the outside. But on the inside he's probably just as bad as Stone. Without the intent, I mean."

He sighed and rubbed his temples. "I only know BD well because he's my goddamn uncle. And in any case, you can believe that about Stone, but we still think it would be safer if you had a bodyguard who wasn't Stone."

"People change, Tenor.."

He let out a sigh of relief. "Go choose then, I'm taking a smoke break." He walked outside.

"With?"

He chuckled softly. "Of course, Tenor. So, who do you want to see first?"

He nodded and led Tenor to Cupcake's room, knocking on it. "Hey, Cups, you awake?" "Piss off!" She called. "Yeah she's awake." He opened the door to find Cupcake on the ground, looking annoyed, and messing with two robotic arms, supposedly for Tenor.

"Toony wants Tenor to have a body guard. Tenor's gonna go around and see who he thinks would be best." "Oh so he came to me first, I'm so very flattered." She clearly was not, getting up and shoving the arm onto Tenor's stub. "Try and move the fingers."

He connected a few of the wires. "You really think this'll work?" Cupcake glared at him. "Of course it will, I've made arms like these before dickhead."

-they moved smoothly- She gave a proud huff and put her paws on her hips. "That's why it's made out of a very strong metal. Bending resistance is over 500."

She blinked at the headpat, flattening her ears and growling even though she clearly liked it. "Here's the other one." She put and hooked up the other arm on him. "Anyways, what're you doing in my room again?" BD faceplanted.

"What do you need a rundown of everyone? Like how good they are n shit?"

"Hmm....maybe Radio, Navy, or BD."

"Then leave me alone and go interrogate them." She shoved them out of her room and closed the door.

"No, she's just playing hard to get." He led Tenor to Radio's room.

He laughed. "I can assure you I don't. She'll find another person one day willing to love her and her brattiness. Now you knock and open [the door, I want you to get used to your new arms."

It took a minute or two before Navy opened the door, looking sleepy. "Oh hi guys..." He yawned.

"No no, it's fine. What do you need?"

BD waddled off to go make something to eat. "Oh cool.." He stretched. "What information do you need?"

"Strong enough to crack a brick in half with two fingers."

"Nice enough to cuddle you when you ask for it, and I'm really more protective over my brothers or uncles. Friends, sure I'll take a bullet for them, but I won't cling to you like a leech. If that's what you're asking."

"So like...can I go nap now? I would like to get over the fact I got shot today."

He nodded. "It's alright. Also, if Toony is ever in a bad mood, either give him a cigar or rub his belly." He winked and then closed his door, going back to bed.

Right next to Navy's room was Xavier's, and across from that was Radio's.

"Coming!" He called, getting up and walking over. He opened the door. "Hi Tenor!"

He shook his head. "Nah its fine."

"Oh okay. Well, if you're wondering, I could probably punch in an entire building with one punch."

"Eh probably overprotective." He shrugged.

"Anyways I'm gonna finish building this. Wanna help?" He gestured to the Star Wars Lego Spaceship.

"Also, nice arms man! Did Cupcake build them for ya?" He walked over to the build and sat down.

"So you take a lego," He picked up a lego with his bone claws, "And you place it down." He put it on another lego, it making a clicking sound. "Boom. Now you know how to use legos."

He thought for a few moments, examining the piece. He pointed to where it should go. "Here."

He giggled.

"You find it."

He smiled.

He nodded.

He smiled.

He placed it where it went.

"It's just legos."

He nodded and smiled.

"Uhhhh yeah I guess."

He blinked.

He giggled.

He gave Tenor some head pats.

Toony knocked on the door and walked in. "You princesses together now?"

"At this point I wouldn't be surprised if you two went out for a date night."

"Hey I'm not judging if you want to braid each others hair." Xaiver glared jokingly at his brother.

"Moron I'm asking if you chose him?"

"Then why are you playing legos?"

He rolled his eyes. "Where'd the floof man go?" "I think he went into the kitchen."

"Yes?"

"Until we know for a fact Solar has been taken care of."

"Wether it be dead or gone, it doesn't involve me." He walked off, his cigar trailing smoke. Xavier sighs. "Edgy ***** looking thing."

"No, he'll come to us, I'm sure of it. Probably sometime today or tomorrow. Anyways, Toony's right. You should probably continue looking."

He waved back. "Bye Tenor!"

There was no answer.

Toony, who was sitting on the couch, looked at Tenor and said. "That's Han-Jae's room. He's probably asleep. But I wouldn't place your bets on him. He's overprotective and a bit rude at times, but he is very very strong. He's my left hand man. So if I can't take leadership and BD can't, he's there. So normally, the first people attacked are me, BD, and him."

"Right across from Xavier's room. To the left of his room is BD's, then mine."

Radio opened the door slightly and gave a static-y bark. "Oh **** you don't understand his barks. I'll translate them." He got up.

"Well, ask him what you need."

Radio cooed and nodded.

He gave a few barks. Toony began to translate: "I don't use muscle man strong but static electricity and sound waves. I defensive, not muscle. And I let sleep in bed, not floor!" Toony cringed and muttered, "Work on the english, Radio."

He thought for a few moments, tilting his head before barking more. "I will protect from cat!" Toony faceplanted. "To answer your question, he's not overprotective."

He nodded and closed his door. "I'mma go check on BD. Think about the factors and who you want." He walked into the kitchen.

BD and Toony chatted in the kitchen.

(( its underground base, there aren't any windows )) They continued talking.

Soon Toony walked out the kitchen with a muffin.

"Hey, don't text him. He's at work. Want a muffin?" He offered Tenor the muffin.

He sighed. "Whatever. Just make your choice soon, it's getting late."

"Oh? Who?"

He nodded, "I'll go get him." He walked to Navy's room and knocked on it. "Naaaaavy!" "wwwHHHHHHHAT?" He called, half asleep.

"Nah." He opened the door and dodged a pillow. "Lemme sleeeeeeeep!"

"Fine! Jesus."
