So... Just Set Your Speed To 73 or 64... then start doing anything! but make sure you know how to use layers. that helps move everything. and if you want a background. you need to fill in the color or use a layer if you wanna change the backrounds. make sure if you want something in front you gotta draw after the the other thing to get it in front. so yeah thats what i do to animate!
