The smile shouldn't have sent chills down his spine, but it did. Kiki leaned forward and whispered their answer. "Go check the mirror down the hall." Confusion washed over the fear as Magika took in their words. Check the mirror? "It reflects things you don't see." And with that said, Kiki returned to their seat, picking up a book they had set down. Check the mirror down the hall? If he remembered correctly. There was no mirror unless he didn't see it. Well, there was only one way to know for sure. Magika started gathering his items before realizing that he hadn't thanked her yet. "I almost forgot to thank you, Kiki!" Magika started to say as he turned to address her. Kiki looked up from her book, a look of confusion clearly visible on her face. "Thank me for what?" they asked him. "For helping me out." Kiki didn't seem to remember chatting with him at all. It was as if it was their first time talking together. Well, yes that was their first time chatting together, but she didn't recall even chatting with him moments ago. Well, he supposes he could go check out the mirror that she mentioned. Magika made his way down the hall and to his surprise, there hung on the wall was the mirror. "I guess I found it..." he thought to himself. Making his way towards the mirror, he peered into the mirror expecting his reflection, but what greeted him instead left him speechless. There in the mirror was a... well he couldn't exactly call it a monster could he.
