LinkYou know this chonk monster named Rugby. You two have been very close friends for a long while now, and you even managed to convince him to move in with you. It's been pretty great, and he's perfect for cuddling on. He lets only you call him cute, but even then he still huffs at it. Point is, he lives with you. One day you were out doing some work when a loud roar of pain shouts out from the backyard. You rush into the backyard and find that Rugby is caught in a very very tight snare.
He coughs and breaths in, attempting to get air but instead only causes problems faster. He clawed violently at the ground.

also snares are a big metal stick in the ground with a thick metal wire that wraps around the victims neck, not their body lol ))
He clawed at the metal stick, attempting to pull it out of the ground.

Rugby took and deep inhale and a long exhale, his purple face due to lack of blood flow soon went back to normal, Rugby taking rough and coarse breaths.
He stayed on the ground for about another 10 minutes, still heaving.
"I think my neck is bleeding, but I can deal with it." He hugged Aiden tightly.
He hugged Aiden and rubbed his back. "Do you need something to fidget with? It might calm you down."
He grabbed Aiden's hands, placing them either side of Rugby's face. "I am your own walking talking squishy. Squish."
He waited, his tail very very slightly wagging. "See? Its nice to squish.
"I was the closest to Ishibue, and I know lots of things about him. Maybe I'm worth tons."

Squirrly: *he grabbed the wire with his bare hands and started unwinding it from around his neck*
Squirrly: *he grabbed his arms and dragged him inside* What happened?!!?
Squirrly: *he pulled him onto the couch and ran off to get bandages*
Squirrly: *he came back and started wrapping his neck in bandages*
Squirrly: But it'll help you heal! *he seemed desperate to keep him from getting hurt*
"Squirrly!" He shouted. "I'm not a puppy! I used to be a bodyguard for pete's sake!"
Squirrly: So do you want me to not care? Because I can't not care!
