The more determined (anger, willpower) AK is, the more his Base powers increase (Enhanced Strength). The more hyper he is, the more his base powers increase (Enhanced speed). The sadder, or more frightened he is decreases these powers, which is why most of the time he's not gonna be afraid of everything.
