Tipi (the Calico cat) is the one of the top cat commanders in the KittyLitter Commander Chairs. They send out the mission commands and types to the crew Commanders. Bo is one of the Crew commanders. He is in search of his crew and wont be given any missions until he gets at least 3 cats fit to be in his crew.
