Um ok so ik i post a lot of these posts i promise i will post more art soon but i was talking to a friend of myn with autism and ik i have adhd but we were talking and um the stuff she was describing i was connecting with and so i googled like symptoms of autism in older kids with adhd and i basically felt like I was connecting with all of the symptoms and adhd and autism kinda go hand in hand and it isn't uncommon to see them together so i emailed the consular at my school cause my therapist is a piece of work and so i asked if we could meet this week to talk about this more and idk if im just overthinking and i don't want to tell said friend because i don't want to make it seem like i'm making everything about me cause im not trying to but also this is like how i feel and idk y but its causing me to have a smallish anxiety attack and i cant talk to her about cause of previous reasons but i also know she could help me so do u guys have any ideas help pls
